- To determine the water supply quantity of concrete mixer by concrete ration, and adjust the renew time point according to the corresponding water supply time;
- Start the mixing motor of concrete mixer at the beginning of the work;
- Close the unloading door of concrete mixer, and lift the hopper after adding the required mixtures into it. The hopper should be operated smoothly so it can stop at anywhere. If there is a slipping phenomenon, operators should stop the hopper immediately, and then operators should adjust the big screw nut of brake motor. When the hopper can lift material and the brake can feed materials into the mixing barrel normally, one should open the water pump and supply water into the mixing barrel in time.
- Start the unloading door when the mixtures habe been mixed about 25 to 35 seconds in the mixing barrel.
- In the process of test running, if there is abnormal situation, operators should immediately stop working for inspection to get rid of the trouble, then run the machine again until the operation is normal. Check and fasten the lining board, bolt and screw nut of others parts after the whole day running of the new concrete mixer. Pour the lubricating oil into the transmission region in order to lubricate the machine effectively.
